Hosted by PetNet to benefit the Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League. Spooky Specialty Martinis & Light Appetizers. Animal Communicator Lorraine Smith will be on-hand to tell your pet's future. Creepy Creatures Pet Costume Contest. Entry fee:$5 members/$15 non-members (per category or per dog).

10/30/2009, 6:30 - 8:30 PM, Pet Chamber of Commerce presents Barkoween!, Petco, 1635 NW 107th AVE (In the International Mall Shopping center), Doral, FL. Bring your kids and your pets – Candy !! Treats for pets!!! Raffle!! Contest for the scariest Pets and kid!! And For the cutest kid and Pet.

10/31/2009, 6 - 9 PM, Animal Aid adoption event at Whole Foods Market, 810 University Drive, Coral Springs. Animal Aid is a no-kill shelter now located in Boca Raton, FL.

11/1/2009, 5:30 PM, Howl-o-Ween Dog Swim and Costume Contest at the Historic Venetian Pool, 2701 De Soto Blvd, Coral Gables, FL. Entrance to Venetian Pool is by ticket only and tickets must be purchased in advance at the pool, beginning: October 1 (Coral Gables Residents) and October 15 (Non-Residents). Tickets are $5. Meet the people from the South Florida Dachshund Meetup Group at the Wading Pool Terrace.

It's a Party for Compassionate Pug Rescue!

On Friday October 23rd, 2009; Compassionate Pug Rescue will hold its annual BBQ Party at America’s Backyard 200 W. Broward Blvd in Downtown Fort Lauderdale.

Tickets are $15 in advance. $20 at the door and it includes dinner buffet and first cocktail drink.
There will be raffles and auctions. 100% of profits will benefit Compassionate Pug Rescue.

Howl at the Moon!

Bring your leashed, vaccinated dog to howl at the moon on Saturday Oct. 10th from 6 to 9 pm at the Shops at Midtown Miami – fountain plaza.

Visit the Humane Society of Greater Miami Adopt-a-Pet booth and meet adoptable canine cuties, as well as pick up information on their programs and services.

This fun-filled event will be held under the stars with lots of pet-friendly activities taking place amongst the TWAN exhibit. The World at Night (TWAN) is a worldwide exhibition of photographs featuring international landmarks set to celestial backgrounds; celebrating the International Year of Astronomy.
