1st Annual Howl-O-Ween Party at Family Dog Central!

Family Dog Central is hosting its 1st Annual Howl-O-Ween Party on Tuesday, October 28 at its Deerfield Beach facility. The party will benefit the Florida Humane Society and there will be dogs for adoptions. October is Adopt-a-dog Month.

The Howl-O-Ween event starts at 7pm and will include a costume contest (with prizes), tricks & treats for dogs and their humans, bobbing for ‘weenies, open supervised play for dogs, and more activities.

"We urge dog lovers to come out and enjoy the night, and maybe even find a new forever friend” said Joanna Goriss, owner of Family Dog Central.

Family Dog Central has been a long-time supporter of dog adoption and even serves as a foster home for rescued Labrador Retrievers. “At Family Dog Central, we are dedicated to helping dogs find the right home – a ‘forever home.’ We’ve successfully located homes for seven Labs just this year alone,” said Goriss.

This free event is sure to be a howlin’ good time for all. Family Dog Central is collecting dog items for donation to local shelters. Leashes, collars, bones, toys, are recommended. Pre-registration is required for dogs wanting to attend the open play time.

Call Joanna at 954-360-2871 for more info and to sign up. She's very nice and helpful!
